      Pros

      Fun environment, work hard play hard mentality. There are always company events to allow for people to get to know one another. Everyone is very helpful and courteous to one another. Fair management and always very understanding of personal issues that arise - allowing for time off whenever needed. Great work life balance, praise for job well done when warranted.

      Cons

      chaotic, playful environment can get mildly annoying at times but certainly something one can deal with. Lower than industry compensation but great benefits make up for lower salary. Interview process is very long and can take months.

      cool people to work with.

      Cons

      Since Amazon bought the company it has become to focused on the $$$ and less focused on the employee and their life. Tony Hsieh ran a beautiful company and is a great person to work for. Always remember how he built the company.

      Pros

      - intelligent, open-minded, FUN employees, managers, and leaders - a million great perks (happy hours, parties, free food, it's pretty much the Disneyworld of offices) - best. benefits. ever. PERIOD. - leadership/management are open to employee suggestions - leadership/management encourages and facilitates the entrepreneurial spirit amongst employees - leadership/management treat you like a human being, not threatened by employees ideas. - very egalitarian environment where you feel empowered and trusted as an employee.

      Cons

      - can be a very distracting, loud environment - if you don't like to drink you might not enjoying working here. - if you are over, say, 35 you may not enjoy working here in part because your manager might be like, 25 years old. It is a very young crowd.
