Pros

Zappos.com is a great place to work. I would highly recommend it to anyone starting out in the Information Technology field.

Cons

Some of the cons would be that Amazon has recently bought out Zappos which has thrown the company into a bit of a turmoil. Still great to work at but a little bit of confusion.

Casual atmosphere, Friendly employees, FUN FUN FUN, encouragement and opportunity for growth, GREAT benefits that cannot be beat like 100% medical coverage, community spirit.

Cons

Low salary compared to other companies, located in Las Vegas.

The people here are absolutely amazing! Everyone is encouraged to be themselves and it's refreshing to have a workplace that's so supportive.

Cons

There are none whatsoever! Seriously, everyone gets along and people are so courteous to one another. If there's one con to working at Zappos is the fact that it's so hot in Vegas.
