Used to be the coworkers and what they did to make the day more productive and enjoyable. The leadership has moved past that with all the Lean philosophy and treating workers and physicians like defects in their processes

Cons

poor leadership follow through. Fear of job retribution if anything negative was brought up. Lots of covering up for poor managers and VP's by HumanResources. No staff development when they are the ones delivering direct care to patients.

-Pay is average -Many open jobs to choose from -Insurance benefits are decent compared to most jobs in the area

Cons

-Every department seems to be struggling to function. This is obvious right from the start with HR. -Onboarding is a nightmare for most new employees. -Turnover is so high that very few experienced employees left. Being they are hiring so frequently you would think they would have the training process well laid out. This is not the case. Many staff are not fully trained when they are left alone to run units. They are setting new employees to fail. -Staff to patient ratios are unsafe.
