Horrible bosses isn't just a movie title
Pros
The team I worked with were more than co-workers, we were family. They walked out our manager in March of 2020, before things got really bad. No one from leadership EVER showed up, we were left with literally zero support. So we were together during the worst of covid, when everyone was just dying. All we had was each other during the worst years of my life.
Cons
WHERE TO START! Ever since Andrabi became CEO, the entire organization has become a dumpster fire. Just burning garbage. Cut staffing to where ratios were HORRIBLY unsafe- I'm talking the amount of patient falls and code blues went through the roof. No raises or hazard/covid pay for any staff, despite the government giving them millions. Andrabi made $1.18 MILLION for TWELVE hours of work a week, from Arizona. Meanwhile, I needed anti-depressants and anxiety meds to survive the trauma of watching every patient die for 2 years...for $35/hour. The way this man is getting away with running this organization is absolutely mind blowing. He has fired everyone from the "community," brought in all his friends and they've done nothing but line their pockets.
