Cons

Most member services' schedules include a weekend day due to Thrive's availability to members seven days a week No 401k program at the moment

Pros

Awesome, spacious office with lots of light and nice outdoor areas. Cool perks too: unlimited vacation days, onsite gym, catered lunches, kitchen full of snacks and drinks ! Everyone is motivated and excited to work at Thrive. Also, the founders are very accessible and easy to talk to. And they're very appreciative of their employees' work. Last but not least, working at Thrive is rewarding because you really feel like you're making a difference: our main goal is to help everyday families access healthy food.

Cons

It's an early stage startup, things are moving fast, so if you're looking for a peaceful 9-5 job, it's probably not the right place. That said, the work/life balance is pretty good for a startup.

Pros

Environment is relaxed. Employees are shown the history of the company. Work is very team centric. All these create a genuine culture. The company may be small but they know where they are going.

Cons

The company is small, so sometimes it forgets to look at the skill set that was hired. Allow the "Round Peg" be a round peg and don't try and make him a "Square Peg". Sometimes, decisions get made and the process was not in place or forgotten -- This is where employees need to be responsible for remembering where they came from and follow the instructions they used to have to follow...
