Pros

I've worked at several startups and Thrive is by far the fastest-growing and most exciting. The crazy growth and fast pace certainly creates some opportunity for improvement in the day-to-day operations, but the mission-driven culture and people make it a really rewarding place to work. There is healthy food for lunch (catered) every day, a stocked kitchen, kombucha on Thursdays, really nice offices, and lots of opportunities for socializing. It's a really, really pleasant work environment!

Cons

The company outgrew it's HR and Operations awhile ago so there is a need for systems and processes to help streamline things. The PPO benefit plan is expensive.

Pros

The Pros are that this company and its fulfillment center don't take skill to work with, the fulfillment center it's self is easy to work with it takes no skill what so ever and very little intelligence.

Cons

So many cons, the managers there are awful, manipulative snakes that only care about themselves and not the workers, and they seem to care but when they're alone all they can do right is curse the employees behind there backs. This company is not right they break work violations.

Thrive is an awesome start up if you are not in the member services department.

Cons

rude/condescending management . Favoritism. I could go on but run. Serious changes have made this place horrible in the ms department.
