Pros

Great mission. Great business plan. Hugely successful and growing exponentially. Get options if you can, this company is going to be worth billions. Everyone is super nice and passionate. Lots of free, healthy food.

Cons

No HR department. Only interested in hiring from outside and not promoting from within. Zero employee development program, and no effort is being made to create one. They will work you to the bone and barely pay enough to live on. Not actually interested in your ideas. Also, the benefits plan is horrible.

Thrive Market is by far one of the most dynamic and fast-paced business environments I've ever experienced. Everyone is totally committed to helping the company succeed, driven both by ambitions to build a great business as well as by the social mission of the company, and that spirit is present each day in the office.

Cons

This is not a place for micro-managers or indecisive workers. You'll need to be self-organized and able to adjust to new challenges each day.
