Pros

After many great years. The company is barely recognizable these days. There have been many many many rounds of layoffs recently and the ones left are the ones having to pick up the slack. It's a complete mess and I would look elsewhere. All divisions at the moment is filled with employees that are scared, feeling unappreciated and wanting out.

Cons

All of it at the moment. The company took a nosedive this past year.

More and more great employees losing their jobs

Pros

Remote work possible, some great coworkers, flexible schedules

Cons

There is no job security with this company. Over the past 4 months or so they have fired 1/4-1/2 of the employees, easily. The CEO has made some pretty out of touch, condescending remarks regarding this, such as a statement that was posted to Slack saying they were 'right sizing' the company, and not to worry, because all those people who lost their jobs will 'be just fine'. The company was sold at the beginning of 2023, I am assuming with the inflated numbers coming off from covid, and now that new parent company is squeezing tight to get their investment back. Many employees that survived the cuts realize there is no job security here. We are getting tired of the negative attitudes of middle management and the unreasonable processes and standards being implemented on a continual basis.

Pros

The employees are a lot of fun. There is truly a sense of caring and friendship between coworkers.

Cons

Executive leadership is a joke. The only people that sit on the executive team are drinking and golfing buddies. Except for a couple people that came in through acquisitions. It was when a couple of those additions happened a few years back that things really took a turn for the worse. We lost the only HR member that knew what they were doing a few months back and now the team is headed towards disaster. You will find the HR leadership drunker than most others at company events. HUGE DRINKING CULTURE. Finance is a disaster. A new CFO was just brought in, so hopefully the other finance leadership is finally on its way out the door. 100% team turn over with and vindictive leadership on that team must tell you something. The black widow is nothing to be proud of.
