Pros

It’s health care related so it will do ok based upon it being in that industry

Cons

It is the most unprofessionally run organization I’ve ever been a part of or heard stories about. All executive management positions are all college buddies and they run the company like some advanced frat house. They make decisions by the seat of their pants and lie to customers and potential customers about a software program that will change the industry but yet it isn’t even developed and in use. If you want to hang out with drunk people and have your career determined by whether you like to go out and drink and play golf this is your place. The HR department is so green, unprofessional and party people that there is no consisting how they operate. If you need to fill up some time in between already jobs and need the money then I guess join up.....that’s what many employees are doing.

Pros

The people in the office are fine. You get experience working in an office environment and get a grasp of sales. Get your feet wet then start looking for something else asap

Cons

There is no management in the office. The guy doesn't know what he's doing. He drives a Porsche to overcompensate for a terrible personality. All the supervisors do is care about themselves and don't care when something bad happens. They want you to make calls like a call center when you have better resources to search and qualify caregivers. This is not a 40hr a week job and you are not compensated correctly for the work you do.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Salary. Provides equipment.

Cons

Lack of support. Lack of growth. Lack of integrity. They will work you to the bone which includes weekends. You are responsible for tracking your own bonuses and promotions which they may try and take from you. So keep a paper trail you might need it. Recruiters are bottom of the barrel here and will he doing everyone's work for them in other departments. This makes for a difficult time. The daily meetings are tiresome ad they are every day twice a day and sometimes extra meetings thrown in.
