Pros

I feel like I am part of something important. I work hard and receive about 10 - 12 more hours per week than other part time associates. This causes a little resentment but I can do nothing to help that.

Cons

Noisy crying children. Low pay. Lack of inventory to satisfy baby registry shoppers. The work is harder than for what is compensated but i suppose that's why i get more hours than the others.

Pros

I worked as an associate for one year at Toys "R" Us in the strategy and operations groups. I tremendously enjoyed the work at the organization and my boss was extremely supportive of innovation.

Cons

Working in Wayne was difficult commute, especially coming in from New York City. Management refused to deploy a shuttle, though I've heard that they were researching its feasibility.
