      - Decent hours - nice people - fun job - decent pay - good management ( depends on store) - ok hours

      Cons

      - schedule not given until day before it takes effect - some managers are jerks - some customers think that you are lower than scum

      * Clear cooperation within corporate hierarchy * Management kept tasks on par with my abilities * Good enough camaraderie amongst fellow employees

      Cons

      * Some expectations seemed either unrealistic or not well planned out * Several incidents in the workplace put some employees at odds with each other, and it could've been handled more effectively by management

      Lots of cross training and opportunities to move around in the store Good pay Good leadership team Good opportunities to move if you prove yourself to be a good employee

      Cons

      Having to deal with customers who feel the are above all others and should get a different return policy The schedule not being out early on in the week Having to be there for a year to get some of the better benefits Full-time not being 40+ hours a week but being 32+ hours a week
