Pros

- The culture was the best I've ever encountered - Most of the people were welcoming and extremely friendly

Cons

- Management and HR will let go of people who "stir the pot". For example, I had a legitimate grievance about coworkers that I brought to the attention of management, and then HR, only to find myself on an Action Plan (even though my grievance was that I was working in an uncomfortable atmosphere within the group). 3 months after the Action Plan was formulated, I was let go, regardless of the strides I made to overcome the imaginary issues within the Plan. - If you have a knack for questioning a system or issue at hand (which everyone in a corporate setting should), then you will be flagged as someone who causes problems and doesn't just follow what's established. Basically, if you can think, then you shouldn't.

Pros

I think some pros to TRU was the positive environment in the sense of the brand. Offering fun activities and games at the headquarters to keep the spirit of TRU alive.

Cons

The downsides: Lack of communication Lack of direction Corporate Greed 401k after a year of employment Inconsistent management Expensive benefits package
