Pros

Fun place to work if the enviornment were less hostile.

Cons

They lack sensitivity, do not motivate their staff, and create a hostile work environment with their idle threats, lack of respect, sensitivity and insight to the culture and needs of their staff.

Pros

The I worked with were awesome great teamwork. Not much other pros. It was a rough work environment.

Cons

The hours especially during the holidays were horrible. Management would belittle you and your opinions. Non-holiday hours are horrible, you'll be lucky if you even get 4 a week.

Demeaning company

Pros

It's a job for those in desperate need; College kids, summer jobs, or parents who need a few extra dollars.

Cons

Metrics. Customers hate that. They don't want to be asked and pushed to apply for a Credit card,Batteries, Warranties, or loyalty card. They want to say yes/no and go. Employees are given less or more hours depending in how many metrics they sell, no matter how good they are as an employee. Management limits and hovers over the time you spend with customers yet they push add on sales.
