Cons

Poor communication from senior management to store managers Run on a shoe string. Cannot order supplies that are needed because budget is so tight. Poor morale in stores, low pay, not enough staff to get the job done. Hours fluctuate week to week, being full time does not guarantee full time hours Managers work minimum of 70 hours a week Same pay whether you are new to retail or have experience, how do you entice talent?
