Company sets for failure very shortly if no C level complete change.
Pros
Great colleagues. Smart VP's but at least 6 VP sales left in past 3 years. Unlimited PTO's. Career promotions for lower levels as most senior levels left or are leaving.
Cons
- C E O is not the right person for years already for the next growth. He built a successful business but after the years of glories driven my compliance growth, failed to take the company anywhere regarding new products that all failed … APT, SPI … even the latest compliance modules were not delivered with customers paying 12-18 months of subscription with absolute zero delivery. But as the C E O says ‘they must be patient’ … But no one can focus on understanding or question why the product team does not deliver anything lately … simply because the CEO himself looks after this. So it’s basically his own failure which for now the board has failed to identify him as being the source of all recent failures. - C E O surrounds himself with C-levels who are ‘yes men’. If no yes men = you are out. - if that was not enough, the C O O who was a young finance person from one of our one initial investors, got promotions over promotions late years after having failed everything he led in the company. smart Rx, failure. Then got promoted to SVP. Led directly the new products with a set of 3/4 GM’s (APT, SPI, Opus platform …). All failed under his direct supervision. All GM’s left or were fired. So C O O could still cover himself hiding his deep failures. He never had an operational job and is C O O … I am yet to see any result. - C F O … does not know how a global company operates. - C R O’s … an excellent - C R O left early retirement due to C E O simply not able of being consistent, and sharing power. A new C R O joined (excellent one but too smart for the yes man attitude needed), left after 6 months. - AE’s: i can’t recall seeing one in 2023 who was there 5 years ago. Question: How long further can the board be lied to, bullied and hidden from the real negative impact of those execs leading the business they heavily invested in? At most senior leader roles … if you fail you are let go or if you have self-respect you leave on your own will.
