Pros

Good benefits, they have an in-store pharmacy, you can use points for the cafeteria and pharmacy if you have perfect attendance which is something I get mostly every month. They have retirement plans for employees* which is good.

Cons

Worked for 7 years, no salary increase even when we perform well consecutively. Yes, they give bonus but you need to go extra mile to hit it. But unlike, any other company, they do not believe in giving salary increases and Very toxic leaders.

Pros

The work at home is a nice advantage, the salary is more or less good depending on where you are located. The health insurance is not bad either

Cons

everything.. The company is very toxic, huge micromanagement, I have to ask for permission to go to the WC since I literally can't leave my desk when working (at home) or else i'll receive an instant call from my TL stating they are noticing a drop in my performance (literally 3 hours into my shift) Sexual harassment from managers, promotions not based on merit but based on who you know and what you have to give (other than work skills obviously) Managers literally own the place, it's their family project and you can't say they're just employees like us.
