Pros

- Health Insurance - PTO - Paid Holidays - Willing to work with you if you need to adjust your schedule for schooling

Cons

- Workers were lazy - Management and Supervisors will do nothing about complaints of bulling "Just ignore it" - You only get 4 call ins and 7 tardies, more than that and you get written up - Bad Part time positions - Some days you will have no work for HOURS.

Pros

Flexible schedules, some good managers and staff, contributing to the greater good and opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Some not so great managers, company is becoming more woke and focused on racial/transgender issues within the company and also with patients instead of focusing on all employees and patients and getting the job done correctly for everyone. HR is also extremely lacking in their job performance, attention to detail and responsiveness.

Pros

Really positive coworkers, their cheery attitudes make a huge difference in happiness at work. Management is responsive to concerns and questions. Lots of interaction between management and my level.

Cons

I cannot think of any huge cons so far, I have worked here for half a year. Communication between departments can be lacking at times, and advancement opportunities aren't advertised as far as I've seen but they are there.
