Pros

You get a paycheck that comes every two weeks. People in the labs are pretty nice if they are happy.

Cons

High turn over, the people that are really happy are the supervisors and managers... the lower ranks not so much.

Pros

Many opportunities to shift around assignments within the company. Good tuition reimbursement for furthering education in a related field. Multiple locations "sites" for employment once you get your foot in the door. Varied job responsibilities based on competency.

Cons

Pay feels below average even considering a lower New Mexico cost of living. (Though this is a big ticket item slated to get addressed/resolved.)
