benefits were good, pay was decent, trained me on the job, I would work there again if I couldn't find a different job. It was a good job.

Decent pay, work can be tedious as with any lab, but very much enjoyed working with my co workers. Enjoyed my time there. Pay raises yearly (although small).

Cons

Upper management disconnected from regular employees. Pay could be more competitive.
