Pros

Some of the people are awesome. Lots of different departments and positions. 4 10 working shifts Paid holidays You see the CEO almost everyday

Cons

Not family oriented. You are only allowed 3 absences a calender year. You do not get paid enough for what you deal with. Micro managing. They do nothing when you bring up being treated bad by management.

Pros

High tech lab with all the newest equipment. Super cool if you're into science.

Cons

You'd better toe the line and have a big happy smile plastered on your face, and be ready to clap your fins together like a trained seal or grin like a clown, because if you don't you'll be fired for "cultural" reasons. Your work could be perfect, but if they don't like your personality, you're toast. Once you're fired, you're out of luck because there is pretty much no where else for lab people to work in NM.
