Pros

Some on site health stuff (classes, etc), tuition support. Good parking.

Cons

People are unhappy. Out of control CEO. No one feels safe enough to bring up issues or tell the truth. Many "dissapeared".

Pros

The benefits package is decent, the work stable - there will always be lab work, challenging material, strong vision from CEO of future of lab medicine. lab puts out a quality product.

Cons

Overtime mandated in some areas but not others, pay grades not equal for same work. inadequate delegation of resources - seemingly unsupportive executive leadership, poor/ slow HR department. Intense focus on future is negatively affecting the now. high staff turnover in some areas. IT upgrades poorly structured and consistently create more issues than fixes. not enough IT "help" staff, too many IT "leaders"

Quality of work in the lab.

Cons

Leadership doesn't seem to have any communication strategy. Senior leaders always seem to be behind closed doors. People come and go without any communications.
