Tenured employees given completely autonomy to run "their own business" Fun, Collaborative environment Room for rapid advancement through achievement Continuous improvement provided to further employees careers Lateral movement between departments if sales is not the right fit for you

Cons

High pressure, high tension sales environment (high reward as well) New hires need to catch on quickly in order to stay on track Poor performers weeded out quickly

Don't do it

Pros

They sometimes buy you lunch that secretly you wish you'll choke on. Benefits are good and pay is good. But, that is how they hook you.

Cons

Don't be fooled by the promise of grandure and award winning culture. The salesman sell you on the taking the job and that is all they are good at. Also, the glowing reviews posted in December by the Sales Development and Emerging Markets were "encouraged" from management to help the efforts of a massive hiring they undertook.
