Pros

Consistent feedback and review with supervisors, comfortable working environment, excellent pay for a temporary position. Great training process that could be applied to multiple jobs at other employers. Room for advancement is there for motivated employees who are willing to go out and get the education to reach their goals. Lots of employees incentives, positive employee culture.

Cons

Many employees will find better, permanent employment elsewhere with benefits to boot.....TriNet is losing lots of excellent potential permanent talent that way.

TriNet is looking to grow both through new clients and through acquiring other PEO companies so that we can provide HR services to the growing number of small businesses existing in an increasingly complex environment. Yes – we do want to become the market leader! While we do acquire companies we also stay very focused on our existing clients and ensuring they receive stellar service. 2012, was a year of tremendous growth with a new VP of sales who has done a fantastic job to ensure that the TriNet sales team represents the best and brightest. If you are a current employee, please give us an opportunity to address and hopefully resolve the frustrations you’re experiencing. Please reach out to our VP of sales or contact the HR department. We know that no place is ever perfect, but we recognize that and are working on it. For example, you may have seen we're working with the “Great Place to Work” to survey colleagues and create committees to continue to improve TriNet. We hope you'll participate in those initiatives and surveys to help us become a better company! Thank you!
