      Discriminatory practices related to protected medical conditions, unclear performance evaluations and inconsistent pay raise structure, politicized work environment, little work/life balance with need for 24/7 availability, constant criticism with little positive performance feedback over the course of employment, uneven task distribution

      Good Pay and Benefits upfront.

      Cons

      Impossible Deadlines, no real system on how to process errors in Salesforce and H&R Prod, Unprofessional bosses, you as a employee will not matter, only your production of over 1000 payrolls will, if you make 6 errors in 12 month span, you will be terminated no matter if you are learning the job or not. They will hold every single error against you, no matter big or small.
