Pros

I built some good relationships with colleagues that are no longer at TriNet.

Cons

Poor leadership that doesn't listen to sales or care about your success. Weak compensation packages and comp plans compared to the industry. Limited inbound leads, difficult internal sales process, horrible pricing. Worst customer service model with a damaged brand in the market. Turnover issues across the board in all departments. Fake culture that pretends to care and put people first.

Pros

Currently working from home which is wonderful for my family. Benefits are good and base salary, however pay increases are very minimal and not in line with the cost of living that increases every year

Cons

Management talk about mental health and how they “hear us” but nothing ever changes. They sent a survey asking who wanted to go back to the office and 2% said yes to this- the majority of us either do not want to or would rather go back part time and work from home the remainder. This would help with the extremely high cost of daycare, gas, and other factors that they seem to forget about (the time it takes to drive to and from the office- picking kids up, etc)

Pros

Great CEO. That's about it!

Cons

Management has no clue what they are doing, high-churn across all levels in every market nationwide (Benchmark LinkedIn for AVG tenure) - it's a complex sale that 90% don't know to execute nor have experience in doing so. GTM organization ( sales, marketing, service) completely misaligned (CRO left company). In the past year, 70% of the best sales talent left for the competition or upgraded 10X elsewhere. Product not competitive in the market (benchmark 10K filings) (average close ratio 13% nationwide). Service team amazing, but overworked and understaffed with 50+ clients per HR business partner leaving unacceptable SLAs with customer in dark ( look at google reviews ). Terrible culture. Toxic work environment. The list continues. Before considering a front-line sales position (inside or outside sales), interview 2-3 current sellers - the results will be very telling.
