Pros

- Really amazing benefits - Great platform for employees

Cons

- Lack of understanding from Executive Leadership on current and future business landscape within market and true needs for clients - Communication between internal teams is very difficult when searching for the correct answer to even to the most simple questions - Favortism within the organization

Pros

Base salaries are competitive. There is free coffee in the break-rooms.

Cons

SeniorLeadership is extremely removed from operations. Culture is largely HP and VMware, Dell ex-employees who hire and promote their buddies. Forced D&I causes results in more opportunities for women and minorities regardless of performance. Terrible Work/Life balance (Expect calls on vacation, holidays, extremely long hours). Performance reviews are irrelevant - your end of year comp is based on fixed allocations where only a couple receive top marks so supervisors meet "quotas". The technology resources are NEVER mentioned by senior leadership - those in sales and client facing teams are praised at all-hands meetings. The company slogan of people matter does not apply at all to internal resources - people are fired for cheaper offshore labor!

Pros

I was able to work remotely.

Cons

Over promise of bonus amount, impossible to achieve metrics, high stress, lack of employee support yet micromanaged, no work-life balance, favoritism, managers do not help with career development. Overall, poor leadership and culture, lack of diversity and strong and unnecessary micromanagement,
