Employer treats call center employees as expendable, inhumane practices regarding restroom breaks, threats to employees to not call out sick at beginning of COVID Pandemic.

Director level- the Leadership was poor. They just promote top sellers who have had zero management experience to now be the manger of their buddies that they would go out drinking with. Awful culture.

A semi decent product for SMB.

Cons

Well, the biggest concern is when the “promote” incompetent people to perform more responsibilities when they couldn’t do their original job. Middle management in this company is an absolute joke full of clowns.
