Really lost to the customer

Pros

It was a great place to work. Great people who care and want TriNet to succeed.

Cons

Upper management is really clueless to what their value is to the customer. They really believe their technology is the best, but it is lacking in some areas. The transition of SOI groups to the new platform was not handled well. The technology was not ready and the direction of the company is to have a single platform, but it was not tested enough. Some clients couldn't see paystubs online. While I know they were trying to fix things, the rollout should have never happened. Not trying to be negative, I really want TriNet (and other PEO's) to be a good value as they do so much for the client when things work. However, when you can't sell through channels when one group that a broker partner gives you goes south, it is hard to build momentum and trust for them to refer again.

Pros

Overtime is allowed, contests weekly, happy hour hosted for new hires, lots of food, yearly sales kickoff is top notch

Cons

Micro management is at a level ten, leadership is very emotional, weekly meetings are fluff as leadership likes to hear themselves talk, every week there are new trainings or initiatives rolled out during the busiest time of year, favorites are played , not many experienced sales professionals or managers, definitely an entry level position
