Pros

First things first, everyone is extremely nice! TriNet is not a huge company so there is a family atmosphere in the office. The teams and managers work with you and set you up for success not failure. You're given easy small tasks to start with, and progressively integrated into one of the teams. They make it clear that if you work hard, and show interest, they are willing to make a full-time developer offer for you to come back to after you finish graduation.

Cons

Nothing is cutting edge. This is a service company. There is no RnD going on at TriNet. TriNet is leveraging already predefined technology to deliver their service, which is fine and completely understandable. If you want to work on new tech or cutting edge tech this isn't the company for you. If you want to become a Java Web Dev master or Angular 2.0 master then this is the company for you.

Thank you so much for your glowing review, especially that part where you called TriNet “awesome.” We are so glad to hear that your experience is going great so far. Please do not hesitate to engage your manager and/or team with any suggestions to make things even better. MYHR is always available to you as well if you run into any issues. We hope to continue to be “’awesome” for you and your career here at TriNet, and thanks for joining us.

Pros

I researched many companies before moving my family to Bradenton, FL, and TriNet stood out! I've been here a few months, and it is just as great as I had hoped for. Everyone is friendly, inviting and helpful. Management is open to suggestions and flexible with life outside of work. Benefits are great, and there are a TON to choose from! Some departments are more flexible than others with regards to hours you can work, and if you can work from home. Overall, it's been a great decision, and I look forward to being with TriNet for a long time.

Cons

IT dept needs to be more responsive, and it would be nice if the HelpDesk tickets could notify the employee when it is closed or fixed, instead of leaving us hanging. Overall, the technology is great, but Office has been REALLY slow and freezes a lot, causing me to lose work often. That needs to be looked into asap.

We too are pleased with your decision to work at TriNet. It’s clear from your comments that you show the same care and enthusiasm for the company that the company has for its employees. Regarding your software issues, if you continue having problems, please alert the helpdesk so you can get the fixes you need to do the good work you do! Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience!
