Pros

Opportunity, benefit plans, love the CEO

Cons

Major nearly weekly changes without sense of direction or proper communication make it seem like the company is spiraling. The distance between what the executive leadership pitches and reality is wide. Departments will not communicate. "Gray area" makes it challenging to actually get anything done. Turnover as well- I've had several direct managers already. The mentor program is outdated and broken.

Pros

Benefits are good enough but could be better.

Cons

Leadership is incompetent. Colleagues are overworked and set up for failure. It’s a call center environment ( if they can’t admit it) Lack of team meetings and team building opportunities. No career opportunities unless you know who you need to know. Great culture on paper but not supported by facts. High turnover. Mandatory overtime. Colleagues are overworked and unable to even be nice with each other. Every minute of your day is scheduled. Unrealistic expectations. No sense of purpose at all. Customers are leaving daily and they are very difficult to manage on the phone due to the multiple issues.
