Constant Change

Pros

Decent pay but it is cut in half your first year because you have to split everything with a "Mentor". Half the time the "Mentor" isn't even involved yet you still have to split your deal. I guess this really isn't a Pro.

Cons

Splitting all deal the first year with a "Mentor" that never around. No one really cares to help you understand such a complex deal. Managers are never in the office to assist as you're ramping up. Your hiring manager probably won't be the same in less that 6 months. Upper management changes all the time and your role and vertical will change along with it. Company is very unstable. Management advices employees to add fake appointments to SF.

Sad but true

Pros

Benefits & Paid Time Off allotment

Cons

Poor client product, broken internal processes, no growth opportunity except for designated favorites. My experience includes a non-supportive leader who manages by making threats. This is known and no action has been taken. Exec level decision made without due diligence is the method of operation. Client facing individuals are put in impossible situations. Change in 401k resulted in decreased 401k match, Change in bonus plan resulted in base and bonus being flat for 2 years.
