Pros

Great pay Great opportunity for growth Intense training Great culture Amazing opportunity for events and light travel A lot of potential to help yourself and help others

Cons

You can’t actually figure out what you’re being paid because you can’t understand the system they use to track deals and commissions Too intense of training - constantly changing the initiative or way of execution Management talks out both sides of their mouths Very little work life balance - often times made to feel guilt for working “bankers hours” The leadership and management can be aggressive in their approach A lot of cold calling and blind prospecting

Pros

Great people to work with and for, Great product that helps a lot of people out, Growth industry, Great culture, Great opportunity

Cons

This is a great opportunity, so if you want to maximize it, you should work your butt off. Again, it's because it's a great opportunity, so I'm not sure if it's a con. There's a lot of places you can make less money at if you want to.
