Pros

401K matching and employee benefits package.

Cons

Everything else. The company has zero culture, zero work-life balance and no direction. The workload is impossible to keep up with and most of the time is just busy work with no real process in place. Management has zero experience in being people managers, and consistently throws their direct reports under the bus for their own mistakes. The lack of support and transparency at the company is unfathomable. HR, legal and the C-suite are well aware of the culture and management issues at the company expressed on this site, yet they take no action to make any changes or address them. Everyone is so focused on delegating work and not taking ownership that nothing ever gets done. Most of the people who work at TriNet have zero experience in their position or field. Therefore, clients leave and go to other PEOs because of the horrible customer experience the company provides. Just read their Yelp site. Offices are stale and non collaborative. The move to Dublin was such a spin to save money for the company. When actually it displaced a large amount of employees, forcing them to quit and look for work closer to home. Don't get me started on the pay for the work that lower level people are expected to manage/push out. For an HR company, they are unresponsive to employees, especially if you're in a position lower than a director. WILL THE PEOPLE IN THE HR DEPT PLEASE STAND UP?

Pros

Great Benefits. That's about it.

Cons

Terrible work environment and culture despite what they'll try to sell you during the recruitment process. They lie and mislead you to believe you will make much more money there than what the reality is. They regularly make "mistakes" when paying employees their due commissions, which always take months to clear up and that's only if the employee themselves first recognizes the mistake and pushes the issue. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Unless you are younger and inexperienced looking for something to gain experience for better opportunities STAY AWAY
