Pros

Fairly laid back atmosphere, and a nice location in Westport

Cons

No growth, and poor pay. Decision makers were awful communicators & there was a huge disconnect.

Lots of opportunity to learn about the commodity trading and risk management industry Impressive client list Plenty of highly skilled and professional people Competitive salary and benefits

Cons

No company wide culture, depends what team you end up working with whether you love it or hate it. This company is undergoing massive changes due to acquisition last year, so it's not really the same company I worked for. Not saying that's a con, just that my review is not very helpful.

Very flexible, very friendly people. Good pay. Good business line.

Cons

Self learning is a must. Lot of uncertainty. Product and skill is not latest in the market. Very very unorganized.
