- competitive salary - good benefits - open ability to move within the organization - does a good job fostering idea generation and collaborative design

Cons

- business decisions are often far more reactive than proactive - will do anything to land a sale, then leave mess for everyone else to clean up - has bought multiple software products over recent years, but if not part of main product line, then you are a second class citizen

1. Good salary 2. Open culture and friendly colleagues 3. Recognition for performers, both in terms of monetary and organisational 4. Good domain 5. Free snacks 6. No nonsense only serious work 7. Work life balance (most of the time)

Cons

1. Uncertainty over company's future plans as new investors taking over almost in every 2 years 2. No proper organisation structure - No milestones/plans for employee's career growth 3. Some guys really need to learn manners though such guys are very less in count but it hurts company's reputation - specially seniors ones 4. Be friendly and give chances to new employees to get adjusted and perform
