A failing company with bad leadership

The pay was relatively good

Cons

No feed back from management. Teamwork to resolve issues is lacking. Meetings all the time with no resolution to issues. Newer C level management is disconnected from the real issues. Company stock has dropped 75% within the last year. Too much “we’ve always done it that way” mentality. Company is trying to offshore 70% of workforce. Company changed name from CPSI to Trubridge to try to save itself. Company is trying to innovate through acquisition. Company tries to solve issues by throwing money at it. Company does not care about its employees even though they have a “people first” motto. Board members are buying stock to try to make their company outlook appear better to the street. Pay is good but benefits are lacking.

Everything was a pro until the new ‘agile’ ways.

Cons

Upper management, no one really knows what is expected, rules change per person, polices aren’t given when requested, expected to take on additional roles but also expected to keep doing the same work load as you had before plus the new workload, meetings to plan more meetings, literally a joke since the changes have taken place. And let me not forget the layoffs of dedicated employees in order to outsource to cheaper workers in India.

my manager is very flexible and works with you around your needs.

Company recently laid off employees with over a decade of experience, outsourcing those jobs. Over seventeen years, I have watched benefits, bonuses, healthcare, and other perks dry up. Job stability is questionable, company morale, and confidence in senior management at an all time low.
