Benefits were outstanding, and can't be matched by other competitors. Orange campus is nice, with opportunities to meet peers outside in park-like environment.

Cons

Lack of management experience in running health centers. Way behind in managed care expertise, with a top-down culture that penalizes those who question current practices.

Too much work for too little pay depending on your department. Cancer research is very organized, but any other department or CCR could be a ton of studies to work on and not enough workers
