Pros

Not a bad job. It’s not too stressful and everyone is pretty close. You have to work really hard though to feel accomplished.

Cons

You have to be the bad guy in some situations like telling small business they owe. No room for growth. The pay is also not the best with all the work you do.

Hours, predictable and steady work, opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Pay between positions varies wildly. Drivers and sales make healthy commission, but depend on CSR to do a bulk of the legwork with no monetary compensation for any effort above base pay.

Pros

Not much, it’s a job if you didn’t have one before and could be a stepping stone

Cons

No communication, little to no training, you will be asked and expected to do things that you’ve never been shown and then get reprimanded/written up if it isn’t done correctly. Toxic environment where everyone is trying to save their own job instead of actually helping the customers
