      Take a walk through the 1960's with the same wall paper peeling off

      Pros

      Drivers are the ones that keep this company above water. Without their hard work and dedication, our sales team would not exist.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. Horrible Benefits. You can only submit a certain about of mileage a week regardless if you drove more. The Company or branch didn't want to have to pay. The office is a bunch of older scrappy women that no one was nice to in High School and seems to take it out on the sales Team because they don't like to do any work. You can hear them talk about you when you walk into the back room. Timesheets? I work more than 40 hours a week, and still, have to submit TIMESHEETS? Are we back in the 1960's? It seems to me like they don't know how to use any other software besides DOS. And it shows.

      Pros

      The pay was pretty good.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to wait a year for insurance, brutal hours, zero training, complete Machiavellian sensibility, draconian non-compete clauses.

      We appreciate your feedback. All permanent UniFirst employees are eligible for benefits, including insurance, after 90 days. However, it always disappoints us to learn that one of our Team Partners feels their experience was a less than positive one.

      Pros

      parking, some co-workers, get to travel some.

      Cons

      long hours, minimal health insurance, low pay, they just had a layoff.
