Base Pay is good if this is your first job. otherwise, it is not near enough. Which means you have to hustle and make up for it in Commission. The only problem with the Commission and bonus pay is that you not only have to sell the account but it must be serviced for 13 weeks in order for your incentives to go through. If your service department isn't good at retention then you won't get paid or you can get back charged. Also, the commission schedule and pay is questionable. There are alot of loopholes for the company to get out of paying you. They also Tax bonuses at a commission rate. There are alot of empty promises made in interview
