      Vacation accrual is decent

      Cons

      Salary is TOO LOW. Way too low. Raises are not merit based at all and are few and far between.

      Pros

      401K, & Social Security. Benefits, PTO, medical staff. Possible advancement within the company, locations of Express Care Clinics & medical facilities covered under medical insurance.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability from Bosses, leads, and managers. Confrontational, hostile co-workers, favoritism among certain 'family' related employees and management. Favoritism with long term employees over new incoming employees.

      Pros

      I honestly cannot think of a single positive moment. This was a terrible company to work for.

      Cons

      HR department is very unorganized and unprofessional. Management lacks communication, not a single person in that department was ever on the same page. Could not rely on management to return emails or phone calls timely. smiling and socializing seems more important than doing your job well.
