      Pros

      I love some of the people that I work with. Enjoy the population of patients that are on my unit. Like that you can do payroll deduct for meals and uniform.

      Cons

      Management on my unit not the best doesn't seem as if they care. Underpaid for a the work I do. Yearly raise not even with it. You get like a 10-20 cents raise a year. Lots of gaps in communication.

      Leadership fails to align actions with organizational values

      Pros

      Many amazing patient advocates within the frontline staff and management.

      Cons

      Directors are nearly 100% disconnected from the reality of the true daily operations. Recent events show a gradual drift towards a Health Network adopting the stance of a financial institution.

      Great company as a whole, generally good to employees, fair compensation, good amount of PTO per pay period

      Cons

      Bad management in some clinics. Being lied to is ever a good thing. HR needs to keep a closer eye on certain clinic administrators.
