      Pros

      Nice co workers, great team work, enjoyed my job

      Cons

      Management expecting more in job role and adding responsibilities. Work shifts short staffed a lot. Difficult to obtain basic supplies for nursing cares. Not enough stocked on floor when needed.

      Pros

      I have performed in the Intergrated Services as a Food Service Associate for 16 years and have excellent customer service experience based on three ACE awards. ACE is Always Committed to Excellence. I cashier, stock, and occasionally cook for the visitors, patients, and employees in the hospital cafeteria.

      Cons

      There is no advancement based on the years performed and the education from a different field such as Accounting and Finance. There is no communication at times based on certain events.

      Pros

      The coworkers and the patients are the bright spots in my job. I love the job itself and appreciate the opportunity.

      Cons

      Too many concerns about reports and not enough about TRUE patient satisfaction...talk to them!!!
