Decide pay, not the best

They talk FOCUS but do not actually practice it. HR is unbelievably bad! Benefits are the worst I have ever seen. Twice in the past few years they have cut PTO. The first time, they actually stole earned PTO from nurses pto banks - even though they were not over the limit! Last year they reduced the PTO amount, earned each pay period. 401k match is on the very low end. Health insurance is for their sites only, so if you have an accident or get sick while on vacation - insurance will not pay anything. HR is very secretive about company policies and makes me wonder what they are hiding.

- Work/life balance. Consistently short staffed for the amount of work and most of us have at least 2 FTE worth of work at any given time, so always behind the eight ball and little time available to do proactive/R&D work, particularly in regards to analytics and IT application development. - The company pushes an extremely liberal culture and values, which is highly inappropriate for a health system which should be nonpartisan toward all patients and employees.

Lack of support staff. Extremely thin staffing some clinics. Pay. CME fund is prorated for PT providers. Isn't enough to pay licensure, advanced certification renewals, and DEA/CSA some years, not to mention actual CMEs. No way to see how much money is in your CME account without requesting a balance.

PTO is one bucket, sick days and holidays come out of PTO

Schedule is not compatible with good work/life balance. Constantly understaffed and under trained. Posted job description doesn't accurately reflect the rigorous demands of the job.

PTO is minimal and doesn't compare to other companies
