Pros

The people. It's like a big happy family. Senior leadership really listens and communicates to the employees regularly. Strong commitment to the core values.

Cons

Sometimes decisions are made too slow. But it could be because they are really thinking it through. Very little training.

Good culture, very nice exec. team.

Cons

Sales strategy is lacking, product has some scalability issues. Exec's at the top have zero sales experience, the revolving door of sales leadership roles is reflective of this.
