Pros

A great company to experience startup life in transition to enterprise.

Cons

With transition comes a lot of unknowns and sometimes cross functional teams do not get key insights into what each team is doing. However, the UserTesting team was working dilligently to address those issues when I left the company.

Pros

Some great people work here

Cons

Trying to cover up unhappiness with clubs and photos of outings. This company is destroying it's own internal culture because it wants to go IPO. UT is over-working all of its employees, just to look nice to investors. Sudden layoffs have everyone scared.
