Pros

Supportive, positive culture. Fast-growing company. Management that cares about employees as well as company outlook. There's never a boring day at UserTesting.

Cons

As with any startup, there are growing pains. Internal communication is an issue at times, and teams are sometimes slow to keep up with company changes and growth. But management is receptive to feedback and is always striving to make things better.

Pros

Admittedly, I am young and this is my first real job. That being said, UserTesting has been a wonderful place to learn and grow. People are open to questions and always willing to lend a hand. It is a energetic environment in which almost everyone seems like they enjoy what they do.

Cons

There are some communication breakdowns and transparency from management could improve. Overall, I'm extremely happy here.

Cons

Pay for most entry-level positions isn't great, frustration amongst the research department was evident
