Used to be great

Pros

Benefits and Pay were above average

Cons

We were bought out by PE and merged with main competitor. It's been a cluster since then, no direction and really tough going. I'd wait until they get things more organized. UT used to be a great culture, but has changed drastically.

Pros

Flex PTO Large, stable company Exploring AI Good customers Good researchers

Cons

Way too corporate Customer-centric culture doesn't always lead to a healthy work-life balance Contractors are treated like trash Sales people are treated like gold Researchers are ignored by c-suite Many employees are underpaid Very few social opportunities if you are remote Extra "benefits" like free lunches and swag for in-office employees only, even though not all of us can afford to live in a big city

Pros

- Good base pay - Work from home

Cons

- Targets unachievable for most Sales - Chaotic leadership team in the EU with no guidance or market strategy, just do more and try to get your number is the best idea they come up with. - There is no supportive culture, and since the merger, that only worsened - Layoffs are poorly handled and also hitting the wrong people
