* chaotic, lack of clear direction from leadership team * corporate politics that is getting in the way of departments working toward common goal * lack of transparency about changes

-most of management at the mid-level has no experience in management and it shows -low salary -poor communication from management to lower ranks = equals a lot of ambiguity on basics like "what do we do?" "what services do we offer?" "how much does it cost?" -low moral since a slew of layoffs earlier in the year. -Very high rate of employee turnover, lots of hiring, lots of firing as well.Would not recommend applying here as they don't seem to have a grasp of their hiring needs, lots of questions around job stability
