Pros

- Awesome people - new hires almost every week - Yummy snacks and beverages, fun events, weekly massages, work-from-home opportunities, commuting benefits, 401k/health benefits, etc.! - Demonstrate your skills and your value and you will be noticed!

Cons

- There are some employees here that are less than awesome (nice way to put it), and managers seem to know that. Yet, they're hesitant to fire them for some reason...? Perhaps due to hiring costs. I believe that if employees consistently underperform, they need to be set aside for additional training, or let go

> Still a start-up, many systems and processes being ironed out > Too many tools, some employees must work from 5+ software dashboards

Pros

- Free lunch twice a week, free drinks and snacks everyday - Casual dress environment - Some smart, friendly, and awesome people to work with - 401k + matching, benefits, employee events - Smaller company so you get to learn and be involved in many different projects

Cons

- Mountain View office is old and not located in a convenient area (San Francisco and Atlanta offices are nice though) - Management makes decisions that are not well thought out - Layoffs recently - Many young and/or inexperienced people with not much real corporate experience so not sure if the company can get to the next level
